Pre-Order Terms & Conditions

To pre-order an out-of-stock item Hadleigh ask for a small deposit. Deposits are non-refundable and cannot be transferred onto another item. You will be contacted via email or telephone/text when the item(s) is/are in stock. You have 30 days from the initial notification of the items arrival to pay the balance, unless agreed otherwise. If the balance is not paid within this time period (30 days unless agreed otherwise), Hadleigh will have to assume the item(s) is/are no longer required so will be put back into stock and the deposit(s) will be forfeited. A refund will be issued if for any reason the goods cannot be supplied.
